The Neighborhood Zoning requirement is 35 ft or 3 stories.
We encourage the Community to send an email to the ZBA to reject this Proposal based on the excessive height.
The Proponent's proposal describes the construction of approximately seventy-two (72) residential units (including 9 income restricted units) in two (2) multifamily buildings on both sides of Heron Street, totaling approximately 78,704 square feet of gross floor area, with 57 interior garage parking spaces and 28 surface parking spaces.
